      | Steve & Sheri Wills met while attending college at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. They purchased their first ServiceMaster franchise  in 1982.  At that point, it was just the  two of them doing all aspects of the business from marketing, sales, accounting  and production.  They started with the Stonington, CT and Westerly, RI areas.   Since then, they have grown to include the New London, Norwich area as well as the Greater Stamford area and Lower Westchester County, NY. |

      | Although they provide the  entire gamete of cleaning services including carpet & furniture cleaning,  post construction cleaning and general house cleaning, much of their work is  focused on Disaster Restoration Services.  They have also been involved in Catastrophic Loss Restoration.  After 9/11, they were involved in cleaning  several buildings in NYC.  They also  handled major losses in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina, in Florida after hurricane Wilma, and in Galveston, Texas after hurricane Ike.  These jobs required services including moisture  mapping, abatement, security services, power, plumbing, demolition and  construction, ice blasting, content inventory, duct cleaning and many other  restoration services.  They have the  knowledge, equipment and manpower to handle all aspects needed to keep the loss  to a minimum and get the facility back into business. |

      | The business has expanded  over the years to cover all aspects of restoration.  One thing that has remained constant is that  the Wills continue to be known for their integrity  and customer satisfaction policy. |

      | Many of their employees  have been with them for over 10 years and are certified in Fire, Water, Mold  and Carpet restoration providing both the knowledge and the experience to insure excellent service. |
